How to do proper HIGH KNEES
DESCRIPTION: To achieve the very best results and train safely it is important to know how to do the perfect high knees. While there really isn’t THE way to do any exercise, this video and our Training Tips showcase the way Jenny Schatzle and the JS Movement instruct for this exercise. Fitness should be fun, but you should also train safely and as a trainer recommends.

• Running in place, lift your knees in front of your body up to waist height.
• Modification: step it, don’t run it.
